Cancellation policy: In the event you are unable to attend this summit a replacement delegate may be sent in your place. Should you wish to cancel your registration we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of $200 +GST per registered delegate, providing we receive the cancellation in writing by fax or letter at least 10 working days prior to the summit. Cancellations received in writing within 10 days of the summit but more than 5 days will result in a 50% refund and a copy of the conference papers. Cancellations received within 5 working days of the summit will result in no refund although you will be entitled to a copy of the conference papers that are received. Association and Communications Events host all papers we receive online. Unfortunately some speakers request their papers are not distributed.

Change of program content: Association and Communications Events will endeavor to ensure that this conference program is correct at the time of the summit. Unfortunately we may need to alter the program prior to the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone this conference when full refunds will be issued.
