About the Property Development Summit 2008
The Property Development Summit 2008 will bring together the key industry decision makers who form the backbone of building Australia’s residential, commercial, retail, industrial and retirement lifestyle communities and are responsible for building and financing Australia’s post codes of tomorrow. The summit will also attract technology and service providers who integrate their individual solutions to ensure that Australia’s new communities have all of the infrastructure to house and provide the necessary amenities for future sustainable community development.
This Summit will be a tremendous independent forum to listen to the serious minds and thought leaders in Australia’s Property Development industry
The unique 2nd Annual City and Urban Development and Property Development Summits are running simultaneously during 23rd-24th June.

These two summits bring together distinguished speakers from the sustainable urban development and infrastructure industries - with responsibility for planning, financing and building 21st century cities.
Each summit is being run independently, but share the opening plenary sessions for 23-24 June [9.00am to 11.00am]. After these sessions, each summit will be run independently from 11.00am to 5.30pm.
Delegates will share some breaks, a cocktail reception (day one), as well as live demonstrations and viewings on the exhibition floor.
