Anthony Sprange is a founding partner of Association and Media Events and has extensive experience within the events industry gained from a number of international arenas. Having first trained as a solicitor in London, Anthony organised highly successful conferences for the Institute of International Research (IIR) in Dubai, in the mid nineties. Focusing on the oil and gas and the IT and T sectors, these conferences drew delegates and speakers from all corners of the Gulf region and even attracted interest from as far away as Europe and the US.

Following a move back to London to take up a team management position with ibc (now Informa), Anthony was then involved in the setting up and running of the events division at Emap publishing in Croydon, London. It was here that he was responsible for amongst other events, the highly successful and highly attended Retail Week conference and expo.

Anthony moved to Australia in 1999 to take up a position with AiC Worldwide (now Terrapinn) where he has held a number of team management positions and has been responsible for several leading trade shows and industry conferences. These include the Broadcast World Conference and Digital Media World Expo, the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Associations annual congress, the Australian Road Federation Conference and UTILICON NZ.

Jonathan Wilczek is a founding partner of Association and Media Events and a graduate of Deakin University with a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business, Majors in Economics, Marketing and Chinese. Jonathan began his career working for a year with the Australia China Chamber of Commerce (ACCC) organising networking forums for Australian and Chinese businesses to meet and merge into joint venture partnerships. Whilst at the ACCC in conjunction with the Victorian Government, Jonathan helped produce the largest Australia/China state forum for networking to that time.

Moving to Sydney, Jonathan then worked for OPTUS Telecommunications, designing strategies to roll out new inhouse computer systems. Working closely with IBM to fine tune the security of these systems whilst boosting the effectiveness and efficiency of specific computer systems.

Jonathan then took up an overseas position at Bain & Co, management consultancy in London, producing reports on clients like Ford and various financial institutions.

Jonathan returned to Australia in 1998 and joined Terrapinn (formerly AiC Worldwide) where he held the position of General Manager of the Finance and Law division. Under his direct control, Jonathan was responsible for the leading financial exhibition FPS World, BLEC, National Health Summit, e-Lending conference, e-Finance summit, Family Law Masterclass and the AusLogistics conference.
