Julian Watt
Creative Director
George Patterson Y&R

Julian Watt got into advertising through a simple act of nepotism somewhere back in the 90’s at Leo Burnett.

Since then, he’s created some of the ad world’s landmark ideas for a range of clients spanning  categories from cars, telcos, search engines, softdrinks and banks.

Julian prides himself on doing work that works and at the same time doesn’t add to the terrible pollution that (sadly) often best describes advertising.

“Hey, if we are going to take time out of someone’s life, let’s give something back at the same time?”

Advertising works best when it interacts, not just interrupts.

When he’s not in the agency, he’s with his loving family, probably in aisle 13 of the supermarket, pondering why iced-tea is never kept near the Cokes.
