Organisational resilience - How resilient is your organisation?

About the workshop

'Organisational resilience' is a concept that can be applied to assist public and private sector organisations in significantly improving their ability to meet specific challenges such as minimising the impact of severe disruptive events. The capacity of resilience is found in an organisation's culture, attitudes and values. It is possible to survive a crisis AND turn adversity into opportunity if you have the right framework in place and the necessary skills to do so. To become a truly resilient organisation, the organisation must want to be resilient and live the values and attitudes that ensure survival in times of adversity.

This highly interactive workshop has been specifically designed to provide you with the tools to ensure your organisation is 'change ready', networked and has the appropriate leadership capability and the right culture to successfully build organisational resilience.
