From January 2007 to end February 2008 Peter was Australia's most senior trade official in China, as Senior Trade Commissioner and Minister (Commercial) and Austrade's Country Manager for China, based in the Australian Embassy Beijing. Peter will highlight his knowledge of China's business geographics, Inland growth markets, China's restructuring and the importance of a localised presence in an emerging market.
